Forever_DJKeymasterHello Fuji-Media,
Are you using in the TransferRIP “Label 1”, with 150% white spot. Press it, like in the printing instrucion with about 180°C with 2-3 bar for 15 seconds. Wait for about 5 seconds (rub in the meantime over the paper), try to peel it, but if you can see, that it’s not working, then wait for 5 seconds and rub again. Now it should work.
The raster settings are depending on your design and what you want to create.
If you need further help, you can send me directly an email HERE
You can also conact us on our support@forever-ots.com mail.Kind Regards

Forever_DJKeymasterHello mmmartin,
Do you follow all the steps written by Mr Messina?
Try to press with a pressure, so you can just close the press with a bit of resistance. If this will not work, just write me an email (s.leiss@forever-ots.com) with a video, which contains your press process, so I can have a look.Kind Regards

Forever_DJKeymasterHi Yamazaki,
Could you provide the following information:

Forever_DJKeymasterGood Afternoon Yamazaki,
Please provide us with any images or a small video of you problem. Images and videos help us provide you with the exact solution for the issue which you are having.

Forever_DJKeymasterGood Morning,
You can change the paper size in Step 2 of the TransferRIP.
At the bottom the window, between the “Delete” and “Next” buttons, you can find a drop-down menu for the paper sizes. Please choose your “Letter” paper size media by clicking this menu. Your Letter media size appears 5th in the list of available media sizes.NOTE: Before importing images into the TransferRIP, please choose your paper size and then import your image. The TransferRIP imports your images using the chosen paper settings.
If you have any further issues, please let us know.
Best Regards

Forever_DJKeymasterGood Morning,
Did you follow the steps in the “Click ONLINE” FAQ?
Forever_DJKeymaster@Gsewell
This issue can only be one of 3 things:- – either the toner is not hot enough
- – the image does not have enough toner
- – the heat press is temperature is faulty
Because you are using a white toner printer, one of the issues is removed from this list.
Solution:
- – Increase the temperature or time – one or the other but not both. If you choose time, increase by 30 seconds. If you choose temperature, increase by 10 degrees.
- – Check that you heat press is producing the correct temperature with a digital thermometer. After which you can change the temperature accordingly
If you have any further issues, please do not hesitate to ask.
Forever_DJKeymasterThe solution to the “Runtime Error” message has been found. Please take a look at the TransferRIP FAQ section of this website for a full description:

Forever_DJKeymasterWe have never experienced this kind of problem before. Which type of garment are you using?
Forever_DJKeymasterInteresting to hear that increasing the pressure on the cheaper all-in-one heat presses makes a difference.
I will mark this chat as closed.

Forever_DJKeymasterHave you already watched the Laser-Light (No-Cut) video?
If so, please tell me more about your process and settings:
- Printer Settings – toner density?

How did you save the image? (Please provide a link to the printable image)
Forever_DJKeymasterGreat news. If you have any further questions regarding the TransferRIP, please take a look at the video section on this website.
