    I previously printed a customers log with no problem at all all colours were as they should be, I go to print it again and now it all seems to have a yellowish tone to it as if there is too much yellow being printed and I can’t understand why. I am using the forever rip software and an OKI Pro8432WT, please if anyone can help!

    Dear jenny-lee,

    did you change anything in the RIP?
    Any update?
    ICC profile selection in the last step?
    Used new profiles?
    Maybe any toner is empty of the image drum is end of life?
