Printing A3 wrong size and Layout

Hi, please help. I have A3 png ready file. When i upload it to transfer rip it changes direction from vertical to horizontal direction. I have to use layout to rotate it. After step 5 when i press print button it print’s different direction from what i see in the rip and print only part of the image
