    Hello from me,

I have an Oki C7411 WTP.
When I print on A side Flex Soft No-Cut (I usualy print on silver or gold),
on the begining of the page is solid black (settings before printing 100% cyan, 100% magenta, 100% yellow,)
but on the end of the page the printed design is dark green.
“gradient” that goes from deep black to a greenish colour.

I tried to print white, but the problem is the same,
the begining is ok and then starting to shade-disapear on the end of the page.

When I do the transfer on B side then the black is transfering and the green part is not transfering,
so the result on the textile I suppose you know it… 🙂

    I don’t use Transfer Rip.

    I would like some advise,
because my solution was to not the use the whole page,
only the top of the page,
but this is not the solution because my desired design are shrink.

    Dear User,

this is caused by the metallic pigments in the foil. Some printers are not able to handle the static issue.
FYI, we have a brand new silver which will be available soon which is not causing any static even on your printer.

For now I have one alternative solition for you. But this is on your own risk!

Print your design on the B-Paper with the media setting Labels 1 in not mirrored mode.
We have made some tests without any problems. Normally it is not allowed to print on the B-Paper, but in this case it is the only way to have a good result.

After printing you have to marry it with an empty A-Foil with the settings you are always using.

    BR
