    trying to install the demo version to try and its not installing, there is a screen popup with 0 on it, after z-upmaker sfx runs , I am installing on windows 7 64bit

    Any idea why it wont load /install

    Turn off any Anti-Virus software before running the installation process. Also, you should install the TransferRIP “as administrator” (Right-Click on the .exe file)

    Please take a look at our FAQs section for the TransferRIP for the “0” error:

    If you are still experiencing the error message, we have new information which may be causing further issues for some customers.

    Please try the following:

    EN:
    – Quit the TransferRIP
    – Open the following folder: “C:\ProgramData\MGE_Progs\transferRIP WTT“
    – Delete the following files:
    — “MGE_Previews.rsd”
    — “MGE_Previews.rsd-shm“
    — “MGE_Previews.rsd-wal“
    – Restart the TransferRIP
    – Delete all Jobs from each Colour Profile

    DE:
    – TransferRIP beenden
    – In den Ordner “C:\ProgramData\MGE_Progs\transferRIP WTT“ wechseln
    – Die Datei „MGE_Previews.rsd“ und falls vorhanden „MGE_Previews.rsd-shm“ und „MGE_Previews.rsd-wal“ löschen.
    – TransferRIP starten
    – Bei allen Geräten die Jobs löschen!

    vielen dank für ihre antwort
    aber auch das hat mich nicht weiter gebracht es läst sich nicht instalieren
    weder das update noch das orginal as der cd bitte um weitere hilfe

    Same problem, so far i’ve tried:

    – turn off UAC
    – disable all A/V
    – turn off all cloud storage services

    Nothing works just a box pops up with a zero on it.

    (Running windows 10)

    @millvalleytrophies,

    please make sure that you have shorten all paths of your tempory file folders. This is the only reason why the installation shows rhe 0 problem.

    Resolved for me – I followed the FAQ instructions for resetting the environment temp and tmp variables…can get past the “O” screen ok now.
