A little humor in my title but I really am loosing my mind on this. I’ve tried everything!
I’m using ghost white toner and an HP Color Laser jet printer.
The image appears to print fine. I’ve tried both using “Heavy” paper option and also “Transparency” paper option.
Here is what the print looks like with white toner:

The image appears rough but there are no empty spots on the print. With the white toner everything is covered on there.

These are the results when I marry A to B. It is good but there are always some spots that don’t marry. So on the final shirt it doesn’t look good as there are some areas that aren’t good.

    I’ve done the following:
    320F at 60 seconds
    320F at 90 seconds
320F at 120 seconds (this one sometimes sticks A image to B)
(per your recommendations go up 30 seconds on time).

Is there anything that can be done?

    Dear impactcolor,

polymer toner is staying longer hot. Maybe rubbing hard on the B-Paper with a cloth will help you.
For me it makes no sense why the whole process is perfect except of these little dots.
This have nothing to do with out media. Maybe the toner did not fix there perfectly because you have to print two times with the HP Ghost printers?!
Maybe there are some uneven areas in your heat press or missing heat on the heating plate.
Please place the A and B sheets in another corner of the heat press to see if there is a problem with the heat press.

    BR
