We are having issues with the white not printing properly. See below:
We have tried multiple settings, including the recommended settings, printing out of Illustrator/Photoshop directly, TransferRIP, as well as trying to manually adjust the white density and other things, and it is consistently printing white this way.

we have never seen this before. This looks like a problem with the drum or the OKI printer.
But we can guarantee that this has nothing to do with the A-Foil.
The only thing which could be is, that the foil has to much humidity. make sure that they are stored in dry areas.BR

ParticipantThank you for the response. Is there any sort of maintenance cycle we can perform on the printer? I’ve looked through all the menu’s and driver options and can’t seem to find anything like I would for a normal printer. There is a “Clean Cycle” or something, but it’s just a Yes/No option, and doesn’t seem to execute anything.

unfortunately no. In worst case you have to contact OKI support. If possible, change the white toner drum to see if there is something wrong.

ParticipantThanks, we’re still under warranty so we’re probably just going to take advantage of that since the machine is only a few weeks old. Thanks for your help.
