Printer Profile loading blank?

Hi,

Just installed Transfer RIP and I’m importing the colour profiles for the pro7411WT printer.

Both light and dark profiles just show the below in the preview panel to the right of the profile. There’s no further information about the profile?

I’ve loaded the profiles from both the installation CD and then also tried downloading the latest profiles from the web site but it’s still the same.

Any help appreciated.

Dear Sean,

yes, this is the information in the new profiles. You don’t need more. All Information which you need should be written in the instructions of each media you are using.
